Extremely spacious room, besides I had an amazing view of the sea...

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were brand-new with NICE views. Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was attentive during all this time. I really enjoyed the room and its modern decor. I had an amazing trip and would stay here again.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, relatively close to Bellevue Beach. The room was well-maintained and new-fashioned with an absolutely clean bathroom and views of sea. The staff were amicable, took care of us during 2 days stay.

the overall experience was wonderful, liked our stay very much and would stay here again. located in the nice quiet zone, it was an easy base for a wedding ceremony. the staff were attentive and the restaurant was pleasant! the location was stunning for trip in dubrovnik.

Everything was good, the parking was nearby, the room was spacious. All members of the staff were superfriendly and amazingly nice. The location was marvellous and perfect, very close to the Old Town and New Town, the airport and Pile Gate. It also was near the city center.

The property had a stunning view and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old town and the beach. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The property involved climbing a significant number of stairs, which may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. It was also a bit difficult to find initially, but the owner was helpful in guiding us to the guest house.

Overall the staff is attentive. Make sure to get double room with a balcony, a great view plus working AC.

A comfortable place, we loved its marvellous location. The hotel was close to the beach and close to Medzlis Mosque. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were amicable and extraordinarily friendly.

Stunning location and fairly clean place, I greatly enjoyed superfriendly and exceptionally nice staff. I booked immaculate double room here with the bedroom, a great view, for instance. The cost was gbp 35. Dubrovnik airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car.

It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel for a trip to Dubrovnik. Our room was well-maintained, also it had a balcony and a kettle. The staff were affable and outstandingly friendly and gave us good recommendations.

This hotel is located on a slope, offering a stunning view of the bay and the seaside from its rooms with balconies. The basic amenities are well provided, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of service and the gorgeous balcony views.

Everything was nice, so were exceptional views of the sea. The room there was well-maintained and modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location relatively close to Bellevue Beach was particularly good. It was located in an excellant area.

What a very attentive and kind staff, they gave us a brand-new room with a lovely balcony, a great view, for instance. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were nice. The hotel had a great location within short walking distance to Medzlis Mosque.
